Exclusive License: Full ownership and exclusive rights to the beat. Unlimited sales, streams, performances, and distribution. All licenses require crediting the producer as: “Prod. by John&King Solo in all releases unless otherwise agreed. Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the beat as your own. Sync licenses (TV, film, ads) require an upgraded license. 

2.Payment & Delivery:  All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. After payment is confirmed, beats and files will be available for download immediately. You are responsible for maintaining a copy of your purchased files; JOHNKINGSOLOBEATS is not responsible for lost or corrupted files. 

 3. Refund Policy:  No refunds are offered for digital products (beats) once the purchase is completed and download link is sent. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at the contact form bellow within 7 days, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
